Chicken Paturi
Ingredients
with Pineapple Sauce 100 g lamb
5 gms salt
3 gms chilli
1 tablespoon white mustard
1 tablespoon black mustard
1 tablespoon flour
2 to banana leaves
Sugar
1 teaspoon poppy seeds
a little mustard oil to taste
Need for chutney:
Pineapple, five forks and whole dried chilli
method
Mix white mustard, black mustard , poppy , green chilli together .
Mix salt, oil and sugar with it to make a paste and remove .
Apply this paste well with the baby. Hold for a moment. Wash and wipe
the banana leaves , put the pupae in the middle of it . Twist and tie with a thread. Steam the pots. In a pan, fry for five minutes with a little oil and leave the dried chillies. Then make a chutney by mixing Kora pineapple, salt and sugar to taste . Serve with paturi.
Ingredients for lamb with blueberry chutney
100 g lamb
Presumably salt, sugar ,
white pepper powder , a handful of raisins
A tablespoon of flour , a little cornflower, a
little ginger and raw chilli powder
One tablespoon of coriander leaves
Pancake breadcrumbs
Oil for frying
100g Blueberries
2 tbsp ripe tomatoes
Fry 1 onion for
5 minutes
Method :
Finely mash the lamb with salt and pepper .
Mix cornflower, flour , adakuchi , kanchalankakuchi , coriander leaves and make it better .
Now put two raisins in the middle and make a ball with the lamb and fry it with panco bread crumbs.
Heat oil in another pan and give panchphoran.
When the aroma comes out, make a sauce with blueberries and tomatoes and serve with baby balls.
