Taiwanese Fried Rice
Ingredients
75 g basmati rice
25 g cooked
20 g bell paper
20 g mushrooms
30 g Chinese cabbage
15 g onion
20 g zucchini
10 g garlic
10 g ginger
10 g potato starch
20 g Spring Onion
5 ml Sesame Oil
5 ml refined oil
5 g salt
Method
Boil the rice and leave it.
Stir in crushed ginger and garlic in hot refined oil.
Fry the chopped mushrooms, Chinese cabbage , onion , bell pepper , zucchini and pickles well .
Add vegetable stock and salt and pepper to the vegetables, reduce the heat .
Add crushed spring onion and potato starch and water mixture.
Spread sesame oil and this mixture on the rice and serve
Three Flavored Noodles
Ingredients
100 g boiled noodles
20 g green capsicum
25 g onion
20 g carrot
20 g tree onion
5 ml sesame oil
5 ml refined oil
5 g salt
5 ml lentil oil
10 g roasted sesame seeds
5 ml white vinegar
Method
Grind the carrots, capsicum and onions very finely .
Stir well with hot refined oil and vegetables.
Pour the noodles and salt and pepper and cook over high heat.
Finish cooking with chopped onion, lentil oil , sesame oil , white vinegar .
Now serve with roasted sesame seeds.
