Rose Ice Cream: Taste-scented superhit ice cream
Ingredients
150g Flower Cream or Whole Milk Powder
250 ml full cream milk
25-30 grams of dried rose petals
Sugar: As much as you are accustomed to eating sweets , mix together the full cream milk, whole milk powder and half rose petals in a mixer . The aroma of roses emanates from the mixture. Give a little more dried petals if needed. Shake and mix the sugar. Pour into a bowl and freeze for 30 minutes . Crush the remaining rose petals. Take the mixture out of the fridge and run it back in the mixer with the petals. Put in the freezer. Take it out just before the whole set and run it in the mix once and let it freeze for the final setting. Mango Ice Cream Ingredients 150 gm full cream or whole milk powder
250 ml full cream milk
200 g fresh ripe mango shell
As much as you are accustomed to eating sweets, add sugar
shells, whole milk powder , fermented milk cream in a mixer . Add sugar. It will take time to melt the sugar in the cold mixture. Stir the mixture constantly. Pour into a bowl and freeze for 30 minutes . Take it out and run a whiper to make the mixture liquid again. Put the mixture in the freezer again. When the whole thing is almost set, take it out and run the whiper again. This time place the ice cream mixture in the freezer for final setting.
