Today we will discus with Delicense of Burmese Flavor.
Delicense of Burmese Flavor
Ingredients Tofu marinade requires 7 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste
1.5 lbs tofu
3-4 tablespoons yogurt
Salt and sugar to taste
Coconut curry
1 small onion , chopped
3 tablespoons besan
3 cups vegetable broth
1 can coconut milk
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon tabasco sauce
To decorate 2 tablespoons finely chopped coriander leaves
take
6 tablespoons 2-3 green chilli powder soaked in vinegar
4-5 tablespoons finely chopped coriander leaves
1 small onion powder
6-7 cloves garlic , crush and fry
lemon slices
Poached or boiled eggs ( you can skip if you don’t want to )
Noodles
2 chopped garlic sliced
1/2 cup cabbage finely chopped
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 packets Noodles , read the instructions given in the packet and remove the sieve
Method :
For curry :
Cut the tofu into small pieces. Marinate the yogurt, ginger – garlic , salt – pepper and leave the tofu for at least a couple of hours . In a large bowl, fry the onion in oil till it becomes translucent. Cook over high heat with tofu and marinade. When the spice sticks well to the tofu, reduce the heat and cook for a couple of minutes with the lid on. Stir lightly with besan in a non-stick saucepan. At some point the aroma will start to come out from the besan, take it off the flame before it turns brown
Stir in a cup of vegetable broth, to see that the besan does not crumble .
Pour all the coconut milk, then pour the rest of the broth into the can to clean the can.
Add Worcestershire, Tabasco and soy sauce one by one . Open the tofu lid, fry until light brown .
Now pour the coconut milk mixture in the tofu. When it starts to boil, reduce the heat and leave it for 15 minutes . Add salt and pepper
to taste . Finally add chilli soaked in Tabasco and vinegar. You can add a little more Worcestershire sauce if needed. If you think the broth has become thin, cook uncovered for a few minutes
Spread coriander leaves on top.
To serve :
Place coriander leaves, chopped onion , lemon slices , fried garlic , fried potatoes or potato fritters , green chillies soaked in vinegar , boiled or fried eggs for garnish .
Place the noodles in a bowl first.
Pour the tofu and coconut milk broth on top.
Spread each of the garnishing ingredients lightly from the top. Among them are fried garlic, green chillies soaked in vinegar and potato mustard .
